May-11 bare-title BUG-AUTO suggests for [CHROME:POS] InvalidOperationException are stale duplicates. Current source (b5a1ada35, 921013c3c, 25373b263) emits rich text via AutoSuggestPositionMismatch + Callstack: + ClampBoundsToVisible. Use skill-only dedupe resolve, no code change.
